I have tried everything, Ambien is the only thing that works for me.
Take half a pill, wait 15 - 20 minutes, and try to make it to bed.

Nothing else has ever worked.

I have had sleeping problems for about 10 years now, My sister has it and my mom has it. My brother lucked out.

I'm always up at this time. I usually don't go to bed for another hour at least.

Yes he does....big time....attends every year which is even more important to this equasion

and we have until Mid April to make the deal which is when the circus stops in the Motor City ( Where he is the crowned King) and if we could have the guy looking like the new fucking Mayor of the the scene......

It makes sense....I think its worth thinking about even if the points are small...it can be a simple call and a formal follow up with the lawyers.

I have tried several remedies and it is a band aid but over time they just make me out of it and not sleepy.....

When I get back from Vegas for extended periods of time it intensifies....

I sleep best from 4am to 10am

Damn! It seems everyone has the post vegas sickness.

Perhaps its from constantly being in motion for the 3-7 days most people were there. When we stop, things have a chance to catch up and slam us while our immune system is scrambling to repair itself.

Shannon thinks I am gonna die. I don't breath (apparently while I sleep) so I really need to check it out. Adnoids (and sleep apnea (sp)is the least of my worries, I'm gonna wake up dead of I don't get it checked out. Anyway, nite nite! xo
