Does January always suck...
 

for conversions? I haven't completed an entire year yet, for historial reference, to know if January is just a shitty month for sales. Since July I'm around 1:700. This month has pushed that to well over 1:1,200? WTF? Is everyone broke because of the holidays and not buying? I've never seen such a down-trend in sign-ups and it's quite discouraging. TIA.

I've worked many retail jobs and have noticed over the many years sales always suffer, thanks to the Krystmas holiday, around this time - everyone blows their budget plus some buying their loved ones gifts, and than you have so called boxing day.

Things tend to pick-up at the end of the second quarter of the month.

Hmmm porn sites should agree on a january blowout like the retailers....

it´s strange for me to hear that.

i am not in the us-market and i can say that january in the german market is the very best month in the year. it was like that all the time that in january the revenew doubles up.

our absolutely best day in 2004 was on december 31. with over 300% over the years average.

funny how different this business can be in different countries.

For me December is great and January is usually much better. For 6 years in a row my sales boosted by 50% from December to January.

It is similar this year, but sales from ccbill seem to be down big time for the last week. All other processors are doing better than ever.

This is the exact same situation. Other sponsors doing decent. My ccbill's are in the toilet this week. My best month ever was in December.. Now nada..

I was worried a bit of the post-Christmas slow down but my December was awesome and so far (knock on wood), January has been even better.

sales in january are rocking for me with Adult Action Cash. december was the bad month.

the 1st 2 weeks of December kicked ass for me, the last 2 sucked and this whole month has sucked ass so far :(

January is always good to me

I made 1:18000 so i guess its a bad month for me too.

I have held my own this month ,but bandwidth is much higher than normal

Winter time usually sucks for me. Spring and Fall do the best for conversions on my end.
