How much is too much for a recip gif?
 

I've just created a gif recip for one TGP of mine and it ended up with 32kb, is that too much?

I have other versions, as small as 8kb, but this one (the one with 32kb) is the one I like the most!

uhh.. 32kb for a recip is a BW burner .
I prefer textlinks or better use the 8kb version

I'm not really worried about the BW, only about if it will load before the thumbs does...

You might not worry about the band width but the gallery builders might - a 32kb recip is going to slow the loading time for the gallery way down and the surfers probably won't see it at all.

Besides a good text link recip will give your TGP more points with the search engine spiders.
