DMC was a true highlight.. Cypress Hill turn that shit upside down.

But the BP4L spirit still represented.

Getting charged only $10 to fill my pimp cup up with about a half gallon of redbull and vodka.. TWICE! they were selling normal small size cups for $8 a pop to everyone else.. That was right before I went into the sponsor suite, then right after that fuckhead caused the bar to get shut down in the sponsor suite..

FLAVA FLAAAAAAAAVVVV!!! that was funny.

My favorite part was probably when I was down on the floor and I was watching two really hot girls get it on next to me. They were like grinding and kissing and shit

My fav part was getting drunk!

Highlights were having absolutely NO ISSUES at the door since Big AL was head of security for Prana that night, and is XBC's bodyguard/personal security. AL cleared a way for me and my crew and directed me right into the VIP. So no hating on the security that night. They are true professionals and BIG AL can hold shit down, just fine.

Another highlight was running into the Rev RUN and chatting with him, having a surreal moment with him since the day I was suppossed to meet him back on that fateful day in Oct. 2001 when JMJ was killed and they weren't able to perform at the half time show for the Washington Wizards, Michael Jordan's final game, that I booked. I took that phone call the next day from his manager telling us what had happened. That was a colossal moment and prevented me from ever coming face to face with Run. So Player's Ball was our moment when I finally got to meet him and express my mad respect and love for his talent. He was the warmest man I have come face to face with in years.

So even though I was a bit let down by the permanent sound check going on stage, with no real performance, the whole night is now permanently etched in my mind as a highlight coz of the moment with Run...and Big AL's super duper security skills.

Hey D$-I know you had issues with Players Ball. Ain't no way to please that many people with that many logistics going on. You're only one man and can only do so much...shit just happens. I wish PEOPLE just realized it ain't easy to put on an event of that magnitude. It's so easy to point the finger at someone or to let someone else be your fall guy. It's hard to step up to the plate and organize these kinds of things. ANy seasoned promoter, knows that shit will just go wrong and part of the challenge, part of the thrill is having the wits and skills to overcome it. I trust your support team was way better than mine ever was (laughs). And I thank you for doing what you do. All the others, can kiss my IRISH ass. I challenge them to try and do what people like D$ and others do. Please niggas, please you wouldn't even know where to begin. Renting out a club and having an open bar is one thing, Dealing with celebrities is another. And trust me, pimpin aint easy.

Only one thing, where was all the sex? This was a players ball for the porn industry? I don't think I saw one naked body or anyone getting crazy like that.


Maybe Vegas isn't the right city for that but Miami is.

Hmm highlight for me was, being outside waiting to get in and watching DJ premier come out, who growin up use to be one of my fave DJ's. Other then that nothing else, I couldn't get in with the pass I had. :-(
