It depends upon your age. If you are like 30 and she is 16 it's statutory rape as she's a minor and you very definately are not. Yeah, I'd ID her just to be safe. Don't need another charge on top of using a prostitute....

Yes you should ID her. The age of consent doesn't mean shit if you are paying her for sex. Most states, like Georgia, have charges like "sexual exploitation of a minor". If you pay a child under the age of 18 for sex and get caught you can spend some serious time in Jail.
