So finally i got an answer after 2 welcome emails and a call me back telephone call with a guy that didnt even took time to say hello first

In order to use Wire Transfer service it is necessary now to open
your Individual\Business Y-banking account - i.e. your personal
account in a real bank managed through Yambo. Such a system is much
more safe and stable than working with Virtual accounts only.

The cost of Individual account is 350$,Business-550$. You can also
open a card (Cirus(50$), Maestro(70$) , and other cards.

So the free virtual account is a joke ? Im paying 550 to setup one that allows wires, when we can just pick any bank and get an account that allows wires ?
