then spanish and french.

Just search Google for "wordlist", "text dictionary", etc. You'll find them. Look for "dict.zip", too.

Zips don't execute, they are decompressed by another program. Unless the decompressing program has vulnerabilities, you're safe. Now, running stuff inside the zip can be dangerous but we're talking about text files.
