    Low carb coffee suggestion

    put a tablespoon or two of coolwhip in your cup of coffee. it's perfection at 2g of carb a tbsp.

                      Some cream and a little Splenda work great for me. Isn't Cool Whip an edible oil product? Does it leave an oil slick on the top of your coffee? Ew.

                              Sorry guys. Gotta stick with whole milk.

                              Boli the milk in a pan, but dont burn it. Drop in a bit of instant coffee, and you have cafe conleche. It is great. Oh and add a ton of sugar.

                                      on the atkins diet, you're not suppose to drink stimulants, one of the worst of which is caffeine. it screws with your metabolism.
