What is you owned ..(com domain/idea)
 

What if you owned the .com domain for a "new" niche idea but didn't have the time or content to get this project started ?
(example if you owned bukkake.com and bukkake was unheard of till now)
Would you partner with a content producer, try to sell the idea ... ?

if it was never heard of you could rename it to "mukamusha" and register the .com for $7. Then spend $x in branding the niche. Most likely x = huge.

now if only you knew the niche i'm talking about :winkwink:

btw the domain name does relate to the niche somewhat !

I would team up with somebody if you believe in it

Definately give it a shot - and try finding some partners who can help build/brand/produce or whatever you need.

Alternatively - if you have the cash, hire a producer to shoot, outsource the sitebuilding, purchase some SEO and targeted traffic, buy management scripts and hire someone to update etc etc...

was thinking about that as well, question is, who is good and interested.
