Question to webmasters who post gallerys
 

Hi everyone

I am just curious about something.

Which of the following would most webmasters prefer when submitting a gallery.

1) E-mail stating denied or accepted
2) E-Mail just stating if accepted
3) No E-mail at all

I will do what ever is voted for the most out of these 3 for mature-post.com

On my TGP, I ask the submitter if they want an email after their submission has been processed.

Seems to me to be the best solution.

if you send e-mails - explain why a gallery has been added or not - get in contact with submitters and build your own group of partners - you will get rid of junk sumissions soon !

best to know why they did not get listed..

I like it when they let me know if Im in and if I'm rejected.

the only tgps that have ever sent me rejection letters were Richards Realm and TGP Library. I appreciate it too because it gives me a chance to fix what they didn't like and resubmit.

Hmmm... well to be honest I get like 1k submissions a day and I think it would be wayyyy to much time from me to explain why every gallery was denied ;( Actually was just thinkin of sending a denied if the gallery is not accepted so the webmaster will know.

Well just do as worldsex does.. list only clean galleries and send -0- mail i bet is what you want to hear! most tgp submitters should know anyways if thier shit is good or not, the bad ones just try to pawn off there crappy galleries.. nice to find a filter for those..

It's actually really easy, I just made about a dozen emails, each explaining the most common reason for submission rejection. Then I just plugged it into my queue script so when I reject a submission I just select the reason from a list and the submitter is automatically emailed with the reason for rejection. Takes no time at all. The guys over at DesertScribe made the script for me.

I only ever send out acceptance mail, because my rules are so relaxed that if you got something that can't even pass the basic common sense stuff, you already know it and shouldn't be submitting the shit to anyone anyway.

I wait about a week after a gallery is submitted before I review it. It's amazing how many people wait a few days and then change their galleries into filter pages or add popups to them.

I like to know if it's not listed, and prefferably why, it's in both our interests to be singing from the same songsheet http://bbs.gofuckyourself.net/board/wink.gif

I'm sending rejection emails to galleries I decline for my TGP. A result of this is that the average quality of the submissions increased. There are lot of newbies who aren't realizing that they are doing something wrong. By sending them an email they learn and can adjust their way of working.

I just roung file the blantent dickheads ,but if theres a minor thing I email them and ask them to fix it. If someone is posting great stuff I email them and tell them they have been added to the preferd submiter list as well. this gets them posting everyday and makes reviewing easyer.

I prefer to to know if my galleries are accepted, but what really pisses me off is when i recieve a spam email back telling me I`m crazy if I` arn`t promoting some sponcer or viagra pills or penis enlargment pills!!

i like to get an email saying accepted or not. if i´m not accepted i´m able to ask WHY THE FUCK NOT http://bbs.gofuckyourself.net/board/smile.gif in a shorter period of time!

i have both parts.

as a heavy gallerysubmitter i hate to get 200 spammails/day,with no real content,just a formmail who everyone get.
[promote the sponsor xxx,its the best,blah,blah]
--if i get a mail about broken buttons/pics or whatever,i'm happy ofcourse..


as a "tgpowner" who get 800 submissions/day i don't send anythging anymore.peoples just don't like it to get the mailbox filled...with junk.

don't send any mail if you have nothing important to say;-)

1000 submits/day? Fuck that shit! I bet 500/day are spammers. I use to get 300 spam submits/day, so I can't imagine how many you must get.
