Sad to see. I agree they all thought they were going to get sprayed with some water. They had no idea how powerful that wave was. :(

Exactly that. I used to live by a sea wall that would send up huge sprays several times a year at very high tides. It was usually too cold to stand there but every so often you'd get one in the summer and it'd be fun to stand and get sprayed. Those poor bastards obviously thought the same was going to happen there :(
