HOUSTON (AP) ? Despite a court ruling throwing out Andrea Yates' murder conviction, lawyers for the mother accused of drowning her five children say she is not likely to see freedom soon.

I hope so... that story devastated me. I have 2 kids and could NEVER imagine hurting them, much less drowning them, one at a time, in a bathtub. :(

She is mentally ill and belongs in a hospital, the person who belongs in jail is the husband who knew his wife was sick and did nothing.

Just wait till they get in front of the full 9 judge panel, only 3 judges heard the arguement, that overturned conviction wont last long
