"Seek To Hide"

I'm all alone
Feeling so cold
Inside the pain
rages on its own
stumble to crawl
feeling to fall
inside I tried
to subside to them all
take all thats left
as I give all of me
with each breath
and each vision I'd see
that I'm desperate and shallow
purified by the reality
of a desolate world
devoured by the thoughts that battle me
I'm caught in a broken ember
a starlit galaxy where I relax
and think of all the things I'd remember
finished by the future
and buried by the past
all the things I've wanted
but nothing shall I ask.

I think this poem might have been more appropriate:

I started a logo contest on gfy
told them I'd pay
but it was all a lie
I took the logo and made it mine
I stiffed the winner
thought all was fine
I was caught with the logo on my site
guess deep down I knew it wasn't right

damn that was deep and sad
