Beware of TicketSolutions.com / Tickets4u.com

My parents just got ripped off, thinking they were buying at the real price, they bought tickets for a show at $230 each.

The tickets got home today, priced at $60 a piece. My dad tried to get a refund but obviously they didn't want to.

I suggested he tried charging back with mastercard. We'll see how that goes. What else can he do?

If he doesn't get his refund I have a few ideas to create shitloads of bad press, but let's hope it doesn't come to that.

Any ideas?

Can't say it often enough that scammers are fucking shiteaters. :disgust

Good luck with the chargeback

you always pay more than face value...was it a sold out show?? I have sold tickets at 400% face but they knew what they were buying

So the proposed charged amount was not displayed when they bought these, I am assuming it was online correct?

If it is tickets for a show, then I think that there are laws that govern that, and you can go after them that way.

The bank says there's nothing they can do and can'T reverse the transaction

if they were listed for 200 something on their website and you paid that knowing that was what they were charging what is the problem here? the point of those ticket sites is to get tickets even if they are sold out, they buy x amount of tickets to the shows and when the event sells out they can mark up their tickets all they want doesnt matter what they pay. if you want in bad enough you will pay the price as did your father. nuff said

You're a retard, it's still scamming people into thinking that's the real price they sell for unless you read the fine print.
The no refund policy tells quite a bit about it too

Shows weren't sold out either

did your parents really think this show was 230 a person? I mean cmon. But I guess its no different than fake penis pills and extenders right?

They're used to Broadway shows where the prices are close to that, so yeah they thought these were the real prices.

Sounds like plain scam...

I use brokers all the time for premium seats, guess by now they assume people know they aren't paying face value when they go to a broker instead of the the box office.
