This guy is a ripoff guy.

He and I had contact and discussed in great detail what my layout was going to look like and all was well. He told me to send him half the money up front and he'd get to work and have the layout done with in 24hours. I signed up for epassporte cause that was the only form of payment he accepted.

I sent him half of the total balance owing as per our agreement and dude dropped off the face of the earth. I saw him online and he said he was setting up his new pc, and that he'd get to work after his new pc was setup. I asked him again if it would be done in the agreed upon time and he again stated it would be. After that, I didn't hear anything from him. I've seen him online three or four times and have sent him a pm via icq, only for him to either sign off right away or completely ignore me.

I've started a charge back process via epassporte and suggest no one do business with this guy.

B-Eazy was flying this guys banner in his sig. Not surprising to hear this.

it was only 30.00 and he was supposed to redesign my tgp site.

It was a test, I have a few more sites that I need work done to and started with something small. Glad to see off hand he couldn't be trusted with a 60.00 job.
