      notify the abuse dept at ev1 they will shut them down within 24 hours they are good about that

                          They need documented proof of a complaint before they can shut someone down...

                                          how hard can it be for you to shut down an account which has accessed your site from more than, say, 4 ip addresses?
                                          SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
