I have 3 sites with pr 4, 3, and 2 ... they don't all get much traffic at all, but would you pay for links on these sites just to help build your pr?

If so, how much?

I prefer sites with traffic. If the price was dirt cheap though yes.

Those aren't really worth much for anyone to boost their PR...I would say wait until you are atleast a 5 for it to make it worthwhile

Nope i havent.

While its being discussed I do buy hardlinks to add to my traffic stream (most just going to hubs that link to different paysites). If anyone has any spots they want to see ICQ me with the site, spot, price/month, and amount of unique visitors a day.

The older site is a 5 and the mgp is a 4...mind you it doesn't take much to get any site to a 4 it seems
