Vegas: Fuck fuck fuck
 

So, there I am in Vegas, bombed on Jager, having problems walking, when my cell phone goes off. It's my mother so I let it roll over into voice mail - No sense picking it up while I can't talk no less walk. I pick up the voice mail and all she says is "Call me as soon as you can - Family emergency". Two bottles of water, two trips to the can, and twenty minutes later I call my mother.

My Grandmother passed away.

So I cut my trip to Vegas short and drove home. I'll be a here a few hours before our flight leaves to NJ. I've got time for this like I got time for a damn hole in the head.

Thanks for the kind words. My grandmother was 91, so she lived a full life. We knew this was coming.
