First thing I would do is make it less shitty.

Go camping with your GF, hide the camera and fuck her in the tent. Then post the video on your site.

my suggestion:

work on some actual free galleries for your site, as in your pic galleries, hosted by you, with your sponsor links as ad sponsors. that's how you'll retain the surfies. ;)

ok...in all honesty, this is what I would do:
1) Make the thumbs bigger.
2) Add more thumbs to each table.
3) Add way more gallerys/content/whatever the fuck.

Think like a surfer. Why would a surfer want to visit your site and bookmark it?

First thing I would do would be to change the links on the bottom to look like links. :2 cents:

Also, you may want to change the background color. Looking at all those asses and that color background onnly makes me think of poo.
