and the other thing, these kind of reports play right into the hands of his legal team. They will take any chance they can to run for a mis trial, or get the case thrown. Then any chance of finding out the truth will be gone.

Whilst I agree that any parent that allows their child to be alone with Jackson should be up on charges themselves, I don't think that excuses any of his alleged behaviour. If it was anyone less famous than him he would have been killed by the public already.
