Thank god i'm moving to Kentucky not much to worry about there...

adrenalinedef 01-06-2005 10:05 AM

there is a fault line in KY that can be felt all the way up to Chicago if there was a quake. It is 5 years overdue also

xclusive 01-06-2005 10:07 AM

I know i'd rather take my chances with just a quake than to have a Tsunami or just falling in the ocean...No matter were you are on this planet if mother nature wants you dead you're dead...Just gotta choose the best you can

Dildozer 01-06-2005 10:14 AM

Well no matter where my servers are located, it would suck to see all my potential customers drown

DEA - banned for life 01-06-2005 10:16 AM

Jesus is punishing you

KRL 01-06-2005 10:44 AM

Eventually LA will be shifted to where San Francisco is.

Its a long long process, but that is what is happening.

BRISK 01-06-2005 11:55 AM

How long until Malibu just falls into the ocean?

I think Malibu will be first. If it doesn't get avalanched by mudslides before sinking into the water. It is the cradle of American sin!

Thats why I bought all that desert property right on the other side of the
fault line. Beach front real estate!

everybody who is tired of natural disasters move to winnipeg manitoba. probably one of the safest places in the world. Just get used to -40 weather with plenty of snow. :)

crockett 01-06-2005 01:54 PM

I was watching a show on Discovery last night talking about the Asian Earth quake.. They had some guys on their that have predicted every major earth quake in the last 10 years including this one last week. (not the exact time but they knew one was likely within a certain amount of time)

Long story short they are predicting the next major earth quake to be in Cali because of the recant activity of smaller earth quakes.

nofx 01-06-2005 02:00 PM

People in CA enjoying a nice tsunami :

Yep no earthquakes here. Not much of anything here actually except the nice hot summers and the freezing cold winters.

not sure it had tsunami in the title and it was a special on this latest one..

It was on last night so I'm sure if you find a TV guide it will have the show title.. Had a lot of footage from the Tsunami from last week.

I read this the other day. It's very spooky. Supposedly in 1937 a 17 year old boy fell off his horse, hit his head, and had these dreams about the future. Bad news for California, Arizona, Utah, Colorado & Nevada if it were true.
