this is pretty old.
I set up my DNS server last month I think it was for SPF, they have a "wizard" on that site that will tell you what to put in your DNS server.

hmm, i've heard about it. did you actually go through the trouble to install it?

There is nothing to install.
You just check the boxes and fill in the blanks in the wizard on that page that was posted and it spits out some lines of text.
You put the text in your DNS record for your mail server is all.

I have my own DNS server and mail server so I do not have to rely on anyone else. Its all software I purchased, not free ware or stuff that comes installed on linux.
