What was the site that would build 50k,100k,150k TGP/MGP's for 2,000?

Why not shell out $150 for the design and buy near 500k of traffic with the remainding cash.

MgpBuilders.com... Their prices are based on the amount of traffic you want. I think a 250K site goes for about $4K.
