moneybookers sucks
They didn't answer me 3 weeks
I sent so many Faxes and Emails but I get only one answer to one fax : "We will check your documents tomorrow, and get back to you" Tomorrow never comes... Besides that their form for verification of new emails didn't send any verification code... Aboslutely horrable support I don't know how this service is so popular ?!?!? |

I posted a problem with them a few days ago, during Boxing Day. Took them a day or two, but they emailed me back requesting more info since I was a subscription based membership website and they found out somehow. I had no problem. Called their webmaster support line (look on their site, is not the normal user phone, look for webmaster number. The user phone was a message machine but I found their webmaster phone number and a girl picked up right away...) So anyway, "Becca Smalldon" <[email protected]> answered the webmaster phone and handled my issue right away. It did take another 1-2 days of faxing/scanning docs but they did unlock my account and approved me for 10,000EUR a month or something. Moneybookers is straight up in my mind. They asked me questions, had to ask their bossman, and came back the next day and unlocked my account. They just wanted to know who I was, that I was the account holder webmaster BS sorta thing that happens. If you can fax, fuck that just call them. |
