Did you figure out the G-Man from Half Life?

Did you figure out who is the G-man from Half Life games?
Who does he work for, why is he always ahead of you and doesn't affraid of the enemies of yours? And in HL2 he is talking with some of your friends too.
    Any guesses?

      whats the answer?

      Often times I wonder why
There's love and hate, theres live or die.
When sickness comes I must decide:
      When feelings go, theres suicide.

          Ok,
In my opinion G-Man is the Valve's Representative.
He appears in the beginning, and disappears at the very end STOPPING the game.
He is your Game Master (G-Man), and this is why nobody attacks him during the game. And its also why he is always ahead of you.
