well after reading the rest of the post I guess he must have sold them to someone again, he had over 5000 names, and they really didn't do much in terms of traffic,

he can run but he cant hide.

The thing is, you send China traffic and it can be denied by htaccess and redirected to a China sponsor. That's 70k free traffic to his sponsor... he'll probably consider it to be a gift. If you img src this guy, then it can be easily reversed by him deleting the page in question and setting 404 (or deny you and set 403) to your site - it'll end up costing you as your site will be in an infinate loop of reloads. Or he could password protect it and have a password box popping on your site.

I don't know if it would work but a nasty kinda thing to do would be set up a fake page on a spare domain with the victim in an img src, and then run a hitbot on it. Like I said... don't know if it would work and it could backfire. The legal way may be more expensive but at least you won't have to suffer the consequences if your exploits backfire. Fucking CyberSquatters.
