like $5, it's not. altho im not quite sure with post-production, since some companies here who designs for the adult biz have some sort of fronts while some freelancers works at home. but im sure you'd be able to find people here who can to help you ^^

sure you make porn sites on dedicated servers in other countries, it's allowed to download clips & watch them aswell, but you cant produce content from local girls.
