There are two things that I cook with Sauerkraut - pork chops and turkey drums, and since I'm on a diet I hope you choke on those ribs

I so miss good kraut...the british don't really do it and I am too PA Dutch not to have it so I have to go pick up the proper stuff in Belgium and bring it back and freeze it.

Damn I'm all hungry now.

the best is country style ribs cooked with saur kraut all day long in a slow cooker.
also..my mom made this for us when we were growing up and its insanely good:
pork roast, potato dumplings the size of softballs, gravy and saurkraut.
