I was locked up...They wouldn't let me out

Okay got charged with Failure to heed to lights and sirens, Resisting a Public Officer, and Speeding 72 in a 55...

I spent 24 hrs in jail...Fucken new years day and the god damn banks weren't open

But come monday morning and I am filing a lawsuit against the city for violation of rights...

Got pulled over by a city cop in a unmarked green camero (totally unmarked even the license was the normal NC license plate).

I refused to pull over until I got to a public spot and asked to see the sargeant or some kinda marked police vehicle...he refused and I called 911 on my cell phone and he told me to hang up the fucken phone and get out of the car....

I refused to get out of the car until a marked police car arrived...He threatened to mace me and held it by my eyes and I finally got out of the car...

God I am gonna have a field day in court

I am free again...

I hate the White Trash Cops.... they are the worst, I got a HUGE ticket from one of them in Vegas last week.... just because I drive a mercedes in a white trash part of town :(

Call your attorney... hit them with a Law Suit and they will drop all charges.... might even be able to collect damages

Yeah I would almost be happy with just that since I am moving to Chicago...I don't want that on my record as I didn't resist or run from the cops...I want to get everything dropped and damages for being in jail and the cost of the bailing of me out ($500 or something like that as the bond was $3k)

Even after I asked for his SGT or a marked patrol car....

I grabbed my cell phone and told him I was calling 911 for the police and he said he was the police...And kept telling me to hang up the phone while trying to pull me out of the car...

My wrists and shit are all tender and shit...no bruises but just sore as a mother fucker...

fuck the police, the only ones i have ever known have been on power trips and all ended up divorced.

They were just taking it out on you, since they had to work and their wives were out partying. Sounds like you have a good case.
