Dear Referrers, We would like to wish all you you a happy New Year, and give you
an idea of the site's performance for the past year, which is the 6th year of online presence.

It's been another great year for the site. Even with competitors, and clones of all sort,
popping up almost daily, the site increased sales by a staggering 44%. In a year where too many
sites struggled to keep on par. or even lost sales, this is an outstanding result.

Consider that MET has been online for a very long time, but it's drive, not only is not fading, but it's
getting better by the day. Our impression is that the amount of imitators, and similar sites is so vast now, that it causes people to signup for what they know, and has been there forever. It seems that other sites,
rather then growing, eat each other's sales. We've always been convinced that the best offer was a strong, and concentrated one. It's been the right choice.

Referral sales grew by an excellent 59.2%, but they account only for 42.3% of the growth. They're also,
compared to other sites, a smaller percentage of our own sales (31.3%). Referral sales for similar sites range from 40 to 60% of the gross.

A few considerations:
- There's obviously still a lot of room to grow for referrers, if we grow so
much, there's no reason for referrers not to grow equally, or account for 35 to 45% of our sales, like other similar sites.
Of course, in terms of dollars, referrers still sell a lot more for us, given the huge difference in global sales,
but we still believe that there's a lot of room for growth. - The site sells better, and better every year, with not one single drop.
Every single year we had a large growth.

- We're going to expand our promotional tools, we're going to increase the endless number of photographers, and models.
- We're going to introduce, hopefully in January, a new feature that will increase people staying, and rebilling. It's going to be another online premiere for nude websites.

IMPORTANT - We noticed that our monthly membership has an excellent rebill ratio, compared to the trial.
We urge everyone to send customers to the full price tour.
All you need to do is add:

You will also notice that in the regular referral tour, we implemented a new feature to credit you sales, even when customers turn off their cookies,
which happens more, and more. Your referral ID will follow the customer through the site, and to the signup page. This way we increased your chances of not losing the sales. If the
cookie does not work, we will still pass your ID to CCbill. We're going to expand the feature to the regular full price tour as well, in the next days.

We hope you appreciate our effort in guarding your business. This latest change should improve your sales specifically with MET, as no other site with CCbill does that (The change was specifically made on our request).

We improved the whole hosted galleries interface.
A new design, and new templates are on their way (the contest on GFY).
We added a new feature that generates galleries randomly. It takes just a few seconds to generate as many galleries as you want.

Honestly, you'd be surprised how well MET can convert, when the traffic is right. You should give it a try. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

After all, you will not find more than 20 websites with MET's volumes, I personally know only of 2 single sites with similar sales, and they're both hardcore. Generally sites with similar amount of sales need 5 to 15 websites to have the same result. I would give it a try with some free hosted galleries, for a few days, if it does not disrupt your regular sales. You might be surprised, or it might fail. We have some hardcore TGPs that sell well, and some others that do not. At least it's something different to show your customers.

I cannot swear you'll sell like crazy, but it does happen a lot, the site sells extremely well, and it's been there forever. The crappy design, rather than the flashy one helps as well. It's different. Don't be fooled by it, it works.

I know of another monster selling site that has a hideous design, but sells better than any other hardcore site I know. He's also been there forever. I'd mention it, but I think I'd need his permission. So many webmasters do not even know he exists, yet it's one of the best. I don't even think he has a referral program.

I can only agree. MetArt offers awesome support and tools for its affiliates and it's by far my best selling site. The sheer amount of galleries and their quality is overwhelming.

MET's program and content are distinctive and I've heard great things about conversions. From the looks of this, things are getting even better in 2005. Have a good year guys :thumbsup
