Creating a US corperation being in Canada... Can I do this? how?

Me being in Canada I cant get ccbill visa. So my solution, create US corperation and run it under that and just have the money wired to me. Would like to not have to go under someone else and lose 15% to them.

I remember seeing somewhere a way to do this, but I cant recall where it is, and cant find the information now.
Would be great if someone could help me out.

Thanks.

You can incorporate anywhere and do as you suggest. Tho why not stay clear of the problematic North American banking region and incorporate in another banking region which currently looks a damned sight more secure than US processing at present.

EG.. You can incorporate in Europe and use CCBillEU blah - it'd forget iBillEU, but can't remember why :-)

BTW.. You also save VISA blah fees - there are none. Least that would pay for your corp! :-)

I thought the euro ccbill had higher fees though?

Mmmm.. can't say I've noticed any difference, - getting that checked now, - if there is, it's so little, but best to confirm with CCBill.

Tho I'd value security above all other these days and spreading risk over several third party processors.

Simple example, you can get, for example, a UK corp online and a "base" (nominee/address blah) in the UK and total tax exemption as a non resident company - that costs... not much money! :-)

Alternatively, a little more expensive, tho still not that much - you can get a "Euro offshore" in for example, Gibraltar.

None of these scenarios have card company fees and none have any holding taxes on the company profits and your corp is free to use any processors in the Euro banking region.

Sorry.. I mean "withholding taxes" - where the host govt can elect to hang on to a percentage of the corp profits.
