I'm selling off a small chunk of domains simply to help pay for the other 500 names that need to be renewed. I've invested a lot of money in current projects (most of which hasn't been released yet), so money is pretty tight. I figured it would also be a fun experiment to see what people are willing to pay for a decent group of domains on a spur of the moment.
