It depends on their service, but that should always work. It's just country-code, area-code, prefix, and last 4 for US.

Some may need to add "+" at the start, as in +15165555555, but, most services should add that if it's missing.

I tried +1 516 etc.

but it doesn't work :(

Who is your service provider?

USA country code is 001 so try 001 516 555 555 - not 100% sure.

Also, it looks like Orange only has an agreement with AT&T in the US, so if Juicy isn't on AT&T it might not be possible to send him an SMS without using a gateway service, and thet wouldn't be worth it - you would need an account, some way to pay, etc.

International SMS to the US currently sucks.
