Anyone here get the chance to check out Napoleon Dynamite? I just saw it last night and it has to be the craziest movie I have seen in a long time. Some of it was hilarious, but I just can't decide if I like it. Totally unique flick.

Anyone know if the guy that played Napoleon is really like that?

Most people who told me they saw it said it sucked big time.

I cant believe I wasted a bit over an hour of my life watching that crap.

I am still waiting for all of my wildest dreams to come true.

Then I must say that they don't appreciate a really good movie with good writing. All I know is that every time when I go to blockbuster, there's a whole wall of Napoleon Dynamite in the new release section and they're always empty.

That's saying something right there.

Well...I saw Gigli checked out a couple times. :1orglaugh But yeah, Napoleon Dynamite was a sweet piece of writing. The style was so different from any other movie I've seen that it threw me off at first. Which I'd imagine is what most people are feeling. But the more I think about it, the more I like it.

I was laughing my ass of during Napoleon's dancing scene.

LOL I just watched that the other day. It is indeed a very strange movie. The dude does some funny shit. It did crack me up, but an odd flick none the less!

I understand what you are saying, but that really isn?t a very good way to measure the quality of a movie. I have heard good things about this movie!

It's a dumbass movie that's funny as hell, but some people just don't get it - usually the elderly and those who rode the short bus to school.

I'm not a fat white guy named Roger married to a fat black woman but I give it a :thumbsup

Plus it's easy to dance to when your Uncle Rico is not knocking you off your bike with a fucking steak.

You know, there's like a butt-load of gangs at this school. This one gang kept wanting me to join because I'm pretty good with a bowstaff.
