My guess would be it's his competition. The timing of spamming icq #'s
(while the stink of vip still lingers in dialer webmasters) is bad.

To make it look like it's actually Snow would theoretically set-off a
frenzy of posts dragging Snow through more mud-throwing.
Misinformation and disinformation is an old tactic of war. In this
case it didn't work. Most of the webmaster vets see past the

Even if Snow had jetdialer ready I doubt he would promote it at this
