How is Verotel doing these days?
 

I'm considering using them for my paysite, how have they been doing?

havent heard they went under yet

are they going to go under?

they wont,they comply to all visa ipsp rules

and they pay their clients on time?

i dont see any verotel where's my money threads.. so its a good guess they probably pay on time

Verotel are great and they have some big improvements coming this year....

They´ve never paid me late on anything and delivered good service. I´d go for them or CCBill.

Specially the announced new features from Verotel are exciting (the thread about them´s inhere somewhere)

i got CCBill on some sites a Verotel on others :thumbsup

They scrub much less than the other processors. If Verotel had an easy way to integrate with Nats or MA3 you would see a ton of largeer companies using them.

Verotel is primarily responsible for the amazing success of some of our newer sites. We started using them in 2002 and we have never had a late payout or reserve issue. The coming ability to bill in Euros is pretty exciting.

i signed up as an affiliate for a bunch of sites that were using verotel, and I never got paid.

Whenever I see a site that takes verotel...... i just simply close the page, and dont think twice about promoting it.

all i can say is that since switching from the "big three" to Verotel Pro on our paysite we make a lot more money, and get paid on time... i cant wait to switch over to billing in euro's too..!

I am an affiliate for one of their sites and the ticketclub join page dissapeared and new users can't sign up. It's been a few days since we last contacted and they are still checking into what the problem could be.

It's a solid choice let us know how it goes for you...

I did some research on Verotel myself, and they look good. I plan to use them for a new paysite I'm opening next month. :thumbsup

I don't and won't be trusting any person/company who holds money which is due to be paid to others, - that includes processors, banks and any sponsors.

However, that aside - I smell existing Euro processors may be steadily stabilising/growing/maturing and more will come online over the next few years, probably with a biz model that has card companies at arms length.

Verotel started as a bunch of cowboys hearding sheep and have had some problems along the trail and some bad habits left over from the audiotext biz.

It is good to hear of very little problems of late and hope they have the good sense to keep to this course and treat clients as any normal business does.

yeah, I've come to the same conclusion..

i couldn't find any negative posts about them after april 2004, which is really surprising for a processor

We used them for a number of small sites, and have seen a vast improvment in their service.Paid every time to the day etc, Scrub is a lot less and I think they are a good choice for EU based webmasters. Verotel admin is still lacking, but if they impliment the new features promised for this year, then they can give the US big 3 a decent run for the money.
