They should both do fine if you send targeted traffic.
General traffic probably wouldn't do so well :)

All depends on how you get the traffic and what type of traffic you get. I would guess there would be more gay traffic (easier to get).

Perhaps there would be a little less competition for the smoking site thus giving you better results?
