I think, it cant be any better moment to quit this unhealthy habbit as new years! From now, Nicorette is my best friend :thumbsup

i'm attempting to quit... gonna try to go cold turkey. good luck with it.

i quit cold turkey like 10 months ago. still every now and again i want one. its not easy, but once you dont do it, you wont miss it.
