Just empty out the queue. Delete all incoming submissions instead of approving them. Just clear them out of the database.

Just to keep the traffic from the submitter's so they dont go away till they see their not getting listed.

Your TGP will be practically worthless.

Anyone submitting to it will be using an AutoSubmitter and will never see your page.

Its all auto submits and email addresses that no human will ever see anyway.
