The shit is in that fine line of dark that you see on the tail. You can buy "deveined" shrimp.

The shit is actually in the "vein." If you de-vein the shrip, it's fine. :upsidedow

No way. I only buy de-pooped shrimpies. When I catch 'em myself, I use a shrimp deveiner thingie after I pop the heads off. :)

I good restaurant should sell them without the vein.
