All this bullshit about money is irrelevant since even days after this disaster hit, it is still not know what the extent is. It is therefore meaningless to even talk money, just to let it be known that backing is there is enough.

Right now... there are people on the ground and they are the most relevant and may save a number of lives. Several international orgs plus Israel, France and now seems Germany were the first to have operational teams there treating/rescuing folks - that is what matters more than any money counties "pledge", - at least at the initial stages after this tragedy.
