Anyone have a Nikon Coolpix 8700?

The thing is a beast and can do soo much shit, It says it can shoot mini movies too, but I have spent 20 minutes playing with the camera and I cannot find shit that will start a movie, Does anyone know?

and as for the manual, I have no idea where it is.
