The grill was custom made by the guy in the pictures. He has done this many times before so I am just trusting his jugment.

There are a few places around Tampa. Most of the time you can call a butcher shop.

The only time I've actually been somewhere or seen a whole pig roasted was at a few biker parties, and it was awesome. Sounds like it's going to be a great time.
