Epassporte question

My plastic Visa will expire in January I want to know what should I do to have it replaced. Epassporte support want me to call to give me an answer about this issue. Anyone here knows what's the procedure for expiring plastic cards?

The answer I got from Flashcash on the same question, was that epassporte will send out a new card automatically and charge you $35. :pimp

i always think before what if i got my electron card in 08/2003 and this card valid thru 08/2005 - it 2 years.
