Setting up a CURACAO corporation

Anyone got info on this and the tax/regulatory low down? Also, bank to bank issues, if any.

I presume you have your own good reasons for incorporating there... it's not exactly a prime offshore if that is what is wanted.

Last I heard there are no interbank problems tho - normal stuff.
