Along the same lines, Pizza Hut in Australia switched from "one number connects to your nearest store" to "one number connects to some guy a thousand kilometres away who has no knowledge of your metro area suburbs"
I'm in Melbourne and after the guy answering the call started reeling off some odd suburb names (like 2 hours away) I politely asked if he was even in my state... he said no, I'm in Sydney. I don't know how long ago they changed, I don't order pizza very often. :upsidedow |
