What is going on in Orlando for New years eve?

I know there is a webmaster party going on, but what is going on in downtown Orlando? I have some non-webmaster friends who are here visitng me who want to go downtown. Anything special at any clubs? What are some nice clubs in downtown area?

I was going to go to Tampa too for the party but decided last minute not to due to some personal reasons.

I think im going to MGM Studios in Disney with the family to celebrate, not sure yet though.
