Who as a business plan?
 

Most normal business do, simply because they have to raise finance from the banks, VC's etc. Thats not usually the case with our type of business... so curiousity who as a business plan and are you finding it useful?

Or is this competitive arena just to eratic in regards to constant changes to allow a business plan to be worthwhile?
