Jesus, what started with 3k reports turns out to be one of the worst disasters ever

All preventable if the rich 1st world countries would give an actual shit about those who aren't as rich. Not picking solely on the US, but US is borrowing $1.5 billion per day to run their country. $1.5 billion dollars ALONE would save millions of people's lives by putting systems in place.. simple things like warning systems, education and knowledge.. etc. blah.
