Alex, I think this is another check he sent after that he was refering at another thread.

You'll notice on the 10/06/01 thread that Rod said in French (if you may allow me to translate the text): "it (i.e. the check) was sent on friday (i.e. 10/07/01)" I think he was referring to the same thread!
